Loved the river location and facility itself, our room location overlooking the river, the room itself, (comfortable bed, great shower), wifi good, plenty of sockets for our e-toys, pool, breakfast buffet, friendliness and enthusiasm of staff and their willingness to try to help us with small things, overall condition of hotel was great. elevators were surprisingly responsive, quick and quiet. we would recommend it to folks going to Bangkok. We loved the location and got around easily with water taxi and the sky train. It was close to a great outdoor market. it was upriver and not part of central Bangkok so folks should decide on their preferred location before booking.

they probably need a concierge. the front desk did their best to help us with advice about Bangkok, but, from a recommendation for a local restaurant to where the closest floating market was, they were less than fully informed. And, it could have been the language barrier. Also, we occasionally needed to go on a search for a server during our stays at the pool and bar. once we got someone's attention they were VERY responsive, so this is a very small thing.
